Come hear 1st Lady of Georgia Mary Perdue speak about foster care and how you can help Friday, October 22nd, 7pm at the Roswell United Methodist Church in Roswell GA.

If you are interested in becoming a foster parent, respite foster parent or help foster families in some way, the Fulton County Department of Family and Children's services,(DFCS) has partnered with FCSF to find loving, nurturing and caring homes to help them care for the children. 3 churches already involved. We can help these children!!
Next orientation for Families interested in fostering or adopting will take place on September 13th at RUMC, 814 Mimosa Blvd, Roswell, GA @ 6PM to 7:30, building B-236. The 7th Annual All Kids Count Benefit Gala for Foster Care Support Foundation will take place on March 19th, 2011. Sponsorship packets can be obtained by emailing sponsorships@fostercares.org

We sadly say goodbye to the Roswell Optimist Club. After years of support for our foster children, the club has disbanded and will no longer be in existence. Thank you for your latest donation of supporting funds and we hope that you will be able to blend with other Optimist groups in your communities. They would be blessed to have you as members.

We mourn the loss of Mary Ware, a gentle and loving woman who left us too soon. We keep Jim and his family in our hearts and prayers during this time of loss. The Mary Ware Scholarship Fund is being set up for Gergia foster children aging out of the system. More details to come...

where you really are making a difference!

We are a volunteer-driven organization that helps foster children in foster homes, serving between 3,600 and 4,000 foster children annually. Come help us help kids in crisis!!!

What would you do if a little four year old boy asked if you wanted to see his 45 marks on the left side of his legs and thighs, only to learn that they were cigarette lighter burn marks given to him by an out of control parent? In detail, this little boy told of the torture that he went through with his ordeal. Although unimaginable that any child would have to undergo such misery, his spunk and determination had not been silenced and he had hope that the world is not as uncaring and as cruel as his past experiences. You can help him too.

Foster Care Support Foundation is not a government funded, owned or operated agency. We are a public sponsored and run charity that wants to help make a difference in our system by partnering and colaborating with the DFCS agencis and counties for the best interest of the foster child. We have a governing board of directors. We are supported by, and take donations from those caring to help.

Through no fault of their own, these children are thrust into abuse and neglect and a world of uncertainty.
