FosterCares™️ is Hiring New Team Members

ROSWELL, GA: The Foster Care Support Foundation is looking for caring, dedicated, collaborative, and diligent team members to join operations at their Roswell, Georgia distribution facility.

Facility Warehouse Maintenance Assistant Manager

Make a difference by joining the facility’s warehouse team. Roles and responsibilities include ability to lift, unload and load items, furniture, boxes, etc., aid staff, volunteers, and donors in tasks of daily operation in and outside of warehouse facility, and assist in maintaining Foster Care Support Foundation facility. Must have good driving record and have the ability to drive a cargo van or box truck with a license in good standing. Shift Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. References and background check required.

Store Clerk

Make a positive impact as part of the retail/resale team. Roles and responsibilities include serving customers with a positive work ethic, stacking shelves, organizing and setting up displays, learning and utilizing POS system, and aiding staff, volunteers, and customers in daily operations. Part-Time Positions available. Flex schedule within the following operating hours: Monday through Saturday, 9:45am to 5:30pm. References and background check required.

Soft line Assistant Coordinator

Join the soft line distribution team. Roles and responsibilities include ability to work under a supervisor and take direction, achieve knowledge of process of everyday operations, maintain a professional manner at all times with staff, volunteers and clients, positively lead and delegate tasks to volunteers. Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. References and background check required.

Mentor Coordinator

Lead the next generation by coordinating mentors and training for the FCSF Mentor program. Roles and responsibilities include recruiting and matching mentors and mentees, organizing events, recruiting contributors, conducting training sessions, and supervising active matches. Flexible Work hours Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. References an background check required.

FosterCares™️ collects and distributes free clothing, toys, books, school supplies, infant equipment, and other basic care items to displaced children throughout the state of Georgia from their headquarters in Roswell. However, the impact includes more than just material goods. For the children and families served, FCSF offers a source of hope. FCSF empowers caregivers to provide for children who arrive with nothing. Children who have lost everything gain self-worth, a sense of belonging, and assurance that they are not invisible.
